We are looking to add Associates to our team. We need people who have some business experience, who can operate independently, and who like to learn about a variety of businesses. Prior sales experience is desirable but not necessary. Prior real estate experience is not required, but Associates will have to become licensed with the NH Real Estate Commission.
Our Associates are independent contractors, so they are in business for themselves. We are currently really looking for Associates familiar with, and to focus on, the areas of Hanover/Lebanon, Portsmouth/Dover/Rochester, Nashua and Keene, but will consider anyone with the right background and interests to work throughout New Hampshire. We are not organized by territories and all Associates are able to work anywhere in the state.
We can use basic business brokers to work on main street brokerage with the company as well as Associates for the Business Transition Strategies Division working on more complex engagements and on M&A assignments.
